WATERTOWN, NY —Â The City of Watertown will be closing the Park Circle to all vehicular traffic from Saturday January 28th through Monday February 6th to facilitate the Snowtown USA Park Circle Freeze.
Traffic control signage and detours will be in place to guide motorists around the closure.
Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes during the closure. If in this area, motorists should exercise extreme caution regarding the increased volume of pedestrians utilizing the Park neighborhood.
