WATERTOWN, NY —Â The City of Watertown Department of Public Works will be performing the final phase of road construction along the 500 Block of Thompson Blvd that will require the street to be closed on August 22nd between the hours of 6am to 4pm.
Thompson Boulevard between Franklin Street and the Park Circle will be closed to all traffic until 4:00 pm
Public works crews will establish detours and advance warning signage in the area.
Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes during construction to avoid delays.
If in this area, motorists should exercise extreme caution when encountering work crews and work zones.
