CLAYTON, NY — Please be advised that beginning Tuesday, September 10, one-way traffic control patterns will be implemented in the Village of Clayton as part of the Village Reconstruction Project.
Motorists will encounter one-way traffic along James Street, Hugunin Street, Riverside Drive and Webb Street throughout the duration of the project.
Variable Message Boards are being deployed to alert motorists to the changing traffic patterns and detour signs are being established on the project to assist travelers in the village.
Motorists are urged to slow down and safely move over when approaching roadside vehicles displaying red, white, blue, amber or green lights, including maintenance and construction vehicles in work zones.
