GOUVERNEUR, NY —Â On February 16, 2023, members of the New York State Police Forensic Identification Unit and Underwater Recovery Team, are searching the Oswegatchie River and riverbanks near the Main Street bridge, located in the Village of the Gouverneur.
They are focusing their search for any evidence related to the homicide that occurred on February 11, 2023.
