WATERTOWN, NY —Â On Dec. 6, 2022, at approximately 2:48 a.m., deputy sheriffs responded to a report of a personal injury accident on State Route 37 in the town of Pamelia.
Arriving deputies located an overturned vehicle on the northern side of State Route 37. Investigation found that a 2007 BMW sedan was traveling north on State Route 37 and struck part of an embankment of the CSX railroad overpass.
The vehicle then overturned and came to rest on the northern side of State Route 37.
One person was transported from the scene for treatment of injuries.
This investigation is ongoing and additional information will be released at a later time.
