BLACK RIVER, NY — State troopers investigated an accident at about 10:22 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 24, on State Route 971V in the town of LeRay in which a vehicle went over a concrete barrier at the Fort Drum border.
The driver, Al-Tariq U. Crawford, 25, Schofield, Hawaii, was not injured, according to troopers.
Crossman Towing and Recovery assisted at the scene.
