WATERTOWN, NY — Victor L. Brown, 77, died Feb. 21, 2024, while visiting family in Silver Springs, FL.
Victor was born March 10, 1946, in Terre Haute, IN, a son of Lee and Margery (Shurtleff) Brown.
Surviving is his wife March of 48 years, a son and his wife North (Denise) and a daughter Vicki (Ronald) Whitney.
There will be a celebration of life on March 16, 2024, from 1pm-5pm at the Belleville Fire Hall.
