WATERTOWN, NY — John S. Porco, 59, of 140 High St., Apt. 9, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 14, on Henry Street in Watertown with driving while intoxicated, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle and a headlamp violation.
His blood alcohol content was 0.14 percent, police said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law.
He was released after posting $500 police bail. He is summoned to appear Aug. 29 in City Court.
