WATERTOWN, NY — Hunter R. Matthews, 19, of 310 Tilden St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 9:00 p.m. Thursday, June 21, in the 300 block of W. Main Street with first-degree operation of a motor vehicle while ability impaired by drugs and an obstructed vision violation.
Mr. Matthews is summoned to appear July 11 in City Court.
