Watertown man accused of attempting to fight another at diner

WATERTOWN, NY —  Justin G. Schaber, 35, of 117 N. Pleasant St., Apt. N, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 1:32 a.m. Friday, July 26, at Mo’s Place diner, 345 Factory St., with disorderly conduct.

He is accused of swinging his arms in a violent and tumultuous manner in an attempt to fight another individual at about 1:26 a.m. Friday, police said.

He was being held on $100 police bail at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment Friday morning in City Court.
