WATERTOWN, NY — John Li, 23, of 1310 Loomus Dr., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 2:13 a.m. Sunday, May 13, at Mick’s Place, 204 Factory St., with disorderly conduct. He is accused of attempting to fight other patrons outside the bar at about 2:07 a.m. Sunday, police said. He is summoned to appear May 30 in City Court.
