Watertown man accused of damaging vehicle during domestic incident, police say

WATERTOWN, NY —  Travis C. Johnson, 30, of 129 N. Orchard St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 11:30 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 18, at 418 Arsenal St. with fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Mr. Johnson is accused of punching the rain guard on the rear passenger window of a vehicle belonging to Sara Quesenberry, 30, causing $15 worth of damage during a domestic incident at about 11:23 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 18, at 121 N. Orchard St., according to court documents.

He was being held pending arraignment Monday morning in City Court.
