WATERTOWN, NY — Robert W. Murphy II, 54, of 110 Commerce Park Dr., Room 426 of Comfort Inn & Suites, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 11:21 p.m. Tuesday, May 19, with unlawful dissemination of an intimate image, a misdemeanor.
Mr. Murphy is accused of disseminating an image of a 31-year-old woman engaged in a sexual act with himself to multiple people through Facebook Messenger at about 6:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 19, according to court documents.
He was being held pending arraignment Wednesday morning in court.
