Watertown man accused of early morning burglary at home on N. Indiana Avenue

WATERTOWN, NY  —  Arthur R. Ball, Jr., 47, of 736 W. Main St., Apt. 1, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 3:09 a.m. Tuesday, April 17, at 293 N. Indiana Ave. with second-degree burglary, a felony, petit larceny, a misdemeanor, and possession of burglar tools, a misdemeanor.

Ball is accused of entering 293 N. Indiana Ave. and stole several household items at about 2:59 a.m. Tuesday, police said. He was also allegedly found in possession of burglar tools including cutters and a pry bar, according to court documents.

Ball was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment Wednesday morning in City Court.
