Watertown man accused of forcibly touching woman at Salvation Army

WATERTOWN, NY —   Ernest J. Rizzo, 58, of 661 Factory St., Apt. 12-1, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 1:47 p.m. Monday, Aug. 26, with forcible touching.

Mr. Rizzo is accused of intentionally grabbing the buttock of a 57-year-old woman without her permission at about 12:38 p.m. Monday at Salvation Army, 723 State St., according to court documents.

He is summoned to appear Sept. 9 in City Court.
