WATERTOWN, NY — Christopher M. Conrad, 23, of 609 Mundy St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 3:31 p.m. Monday, July 15, in the 500 block of Mill Street with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony.
Mr. Conrad is accused of causing over $250 worth of damage to a 2018 Chevrolet Malibu belonging to Victoria J. Recor when he jumped on the hood and slapped the side of the car at about 1:30 p.m. Monday at 957 Kieff Dr., police said.
He was held for arraignment Monday afternoon in City Court.
