Watertown man accused of public lewdness, trespassing

WATERTOWN, NY —  Ryan A. Barbosa, 26, of 427 W. Mullin St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 11:05 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 5, at 427 W. Mullin St. with public lewdness and trespassing.

Mr. Barbosa is accused of entering the property at 670 Davidson St. at about 10:49 p.m. Oct. 29 by approaching the front and back doors after being previously advised he was not allowed on the property, according to court documents.

He also allegedly stood on a sidewalk outside the residence, exposed his penis, and shook it while telling two women “suck my d***,” police said.

He was being held pending arraignment Thursday morning in City Court.
