Watertown man accused of pulling woman’s hair during domestic incident

WATERTOWN, NY —  Brian K. Opeifa, 31, of 114 Franklin St., Apt. 408, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 7:42 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 27, at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with second-degree harassment.

Mr. Opeifa is accused of punching, shoving and pulling the hair of Stacey M. Neely, 44, Watertown, during a domestic incident at about 8:36 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 22, at the Franklin Street Market, 261 Franklin St., according to court documents.

He is summoned to appear March 18 in City Court.
