Watertown man accused of sending woman a message through Instagram in violation of order of protection

WATERTOWN, NY —  Colin S. Davis, 24, of 406 Stone St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 8:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 3, at 406 Stone St. with second-degree criminal contempt.

Mr. Davis is accused of violating the terms of a City Court order of protection when he sent a message through Instagram to the protected party, Marta P. Miller, at about 10:09 a.m. March 1, according to court documents.

He was being held pending arraignment Tuesday morning in City Court.
