Watertown man accused of sexually abusing four children, police say

WATERTOWN, NY —  Brandon M. Cronce, 29, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 12:50 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 19, at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with three counts of first-degree sexual abuse, a felony, and two counts of first-degree criminal sex act, a felony.

“The defendant subjected the 7-year-old boy to sexual contact by using his hand to touch said victim’s penis,” on March 7, 2021, at an apartment at Maywood Terrace, according to court documents.

“The defendant engaged in oral sexual conduct with a 5-year-old female victim by licking the victim’s vagina with his tongue,” between Nov. 1, 2019, and March 31, 2022, at an apartment at Maywood Terrace, according to court documents.

“The defendant did knowingly an intentionally give and receive oral sex from a female juvenile who was 8-year-old at the time,” on Jan 1, 2015, at a residence on Academy Street, according to court documents.

“The defendant did knowingly and intentionally subject a female child who was 8-year-old at the time to sexual contact including touching and oral contact of the intimate parts,” on Jan. 1, 2015, at a residence on Academy Street, according to court documents.

“The defendant did knowingly and intentionally caused the juvenile victim to grab the defendant’s penis with the victim’s hand and rub the defendant’s penis when the victim was 10-years-old and the defendant was around 27-years-old,” sometime between July 2019 and April 2020 at an apartment on Mill Street, according to court documents.

He is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday morning in City Court.

Mr. Cronce is currently being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on unrelated charges.
