WATERTOWN, NY — Jonathan W.R. Dugin, 33, of 710 Hancock St., upper apt., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 6:14 p.m. Friday, Aug. 2, at 710 Hancock St. with first-degree criminal contempt, a felony, and second-degree harassment.
Mr. Dugin is accused of violating the terms of a Family Court order of protection when he spit in the face of Jade M. Bedore, 28, during a domestic incident at about 5:30 p.m. Friday at 710 Hancock St., according to court documents.
He was being held pending arraignment Saturday morning in City Court.
