Watertown man accused of stealing $200, woman’s debit card
WATERTOWN, NY — Hector G. Camacho, 39, of 234 Coffeen St., Apt. 5G, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 11:57 a.m. Tuesday, July 16, at his residence with fourth-degree grand larceny – credit card, a felony, and petit larceny.
Mr. Camacho is accused of stealing a debit card belonging to Carmen M. Torres, 39, at about 10:00 p.m. July 12 at 1815 Olmsted Dr., Apt. 205B, according to court documents.
He is additionally accused of stealing $200 from Ms. Torres on July 12 at Watertown Savings Bank, 1816 State St., police said.
He was being held pending arraignment Tuesday afternoon in City Court.
