WATERTOWN, NY —Â John A. Lowden Jr., 34, of 409 Academy St., Apt. 4, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 18, at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with petit larceny.
Mr. Lowden is accused of stealing a green Michael Kors jacket valued at $450 and belonging to Wilson Garcia at about 3:30 p.m. Dec. 12 at YMCA, 119 Washington St., according to court documents.
He is summoned to appear Feb. 7 in City Court.
