WATERTOWN, NY — Kevin K. Dominie, 48, of 213 Central St., upper apt., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 6:35 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 19, in the 800 block of State Street with petit larceny.
He is accused of taking a glass water pipe off a counter at Sunoco, 610 State St., placed it in his pocket and exited the store without attempting to pay at about 11:35 a.m. Aug. 12, according to court documents.
He is summoned to appear Oct. 3 in City Court.
