WATERTOWN, NY — Joshua J. Bremner, 28, of 201 Creekwood Dr., Apt. 1, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 3:11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 8, at his residence with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony.
Mr. Bremner is accused of damaging a 49-inch Vizio television valued at $599.99 and belonging to Rae Bremner, 49, when he intentionally knocked over the TV and repeatedly stomped on it causing it to become no longer operable during a domestic incident at about 2:58 a.m. Friday at 201 Creekwood Dr., Apt. 1, according to court documents.
He was being held pending arraignment Friday morning in City Court.
