WATERTOWN, NY —Â Â Daniel B. Brantley, 44, of 327 Holcomb St., Apt. 303, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 12:49 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 7, at his residence with fourth-degree criminal mischief.
Mr. Brantley is accused of throwing a coffee table belonging to Stacy J. Bodway, 46, causing it to break into several pieces during a domestic incident at about 12:29 a.m. Saturday at their apartment, according to court documents.
He was being held pending arraignment Saturday morning in City Court.
