WATERTOWN, NY —Â Simarshae Damba, 22, of 806 Burchard St., Apt. 8, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 11:51 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 25, at 1024 Bronson St. with second-degree criminal trespass and second-degree harassment.
He is accused of entering 1024 Bronson St. without permission at about 11:33 p.m. Saturday, police said. He is also accused of shoving and attempting to strike Franklin Mazzei, 23, according to court documents.
He is summoned to appear Feb. 12 in City Court.
