Watertown man accused of trespassing at convenience store

WATERTOWN, NY —  Kennedy F. Smiley, 54, of 232 W. Main St., Apt. 12A, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 5:24 p.m. Monday, Sept. 2, at 341 Arsenal St. with trespass.

Mr. Smiley is accused of standing outside the front doors of Sunoco, 430 Factory St., and remained on the premises while knowing he was not allowed to be there at about 3:00 a.m. Aug. 11, according to court documents.

He is summoned to appear Sept. 19 in City Court.
