WATERTOWN, NY — Curtney J. Smith, 28, of 701 Mill St., Apt. 1, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 2:01 a.m. Wednesday, May 15, at Sunoco, 610 State St., with trespass.
Police said Mr. Smith walked into the store at 12:43 a.m. Wednesday after being previously advised by staff and police that he was banned from the property.
He is summoned to appear June 5 in City Court.
