Watertown man accused of trespassing, fighting neighbors

WATERTOWN, NY —  Maurice Q. Gunn, 39, of 207 Wealtha Ave., Apt. 648C, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 11:54 p.m. Wednesday, May 27, at 207 Wealtha Ave. with two counts each of second-degree criminal trespass and second-degree harassment.

Mr. Gunn is accused of unlawfully entering the residence of Sierra M. Eiland, 26, 207 Wealtha Ave., Apt. 648D, shoved her back and punched her in the head during an argument at about 10:34 p.m. Wednesday, police said. Mr. Gunn refused to leave the apartment, had to be pushed outside where he engaged in a fist fight on a front lawn with Christopher L. Peterson, 30, causing the victim to suffer an enlarged lip, according to court documents.

He was held for arraignment in court, police said.
