WATERTOWN, NY — Beau-mont Gile, 29, of 922 Bronson St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 2:25 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 24, at 302 State St. with disorderly conduct.
Mr. Gile is accused of exposing his penis and urinating on the building to the right of the front door of the Time Warp tavern in full view of passing pedestrian and vehicular traffic, police said.
He is summoned to appear Sept. 10 in City Court.
