WATERTOWN, NY — Jacobelias C. Cole, 19, of 1620 Huntington St., apt. B1, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 9:07 p.m. Monday, March 24, at 145 N. Pleasant St. with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property-credit card, a felony, third-degree identity theft, a misdemeanor, and petit larceny, a misdemeanor.
Mr. Cole is accused of possessing a debit card belonging to Brittany N. Mallette, 28, Watertown, and used a PIN number to withdraw $142.50 in cash from an ATM at Sunoco, 430 Factory St., at about 2 p.m. March 7 without her permission, according to court documents.
He is summoned to appear April 10 in City Court.
