Watertown man accused of violating order of protection

WATERTOWN, NY —  Criss E. Mosley, 62, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 12:03 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 24, at 270 Moulton St. with second-degree criminal contempt.

Mr. Mosley us accused of violating the terms of a Family Court order of protection “by going to the home of the protected party, Carla Rivera, and was in her presence,” at about 11:52 p.m. Monday, Dec 23, according to court documents.

He was being held pending arraignment Tuesday morning in City Court.
