WATERTOWN, NY —Â Christopher J. Dake, 41, of 142 Mechanic St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 1:47 a.m. Saturday, June 6, at 818 Superior St. with second-degree criminal contempt.
Mr. Dake is accused of violating the terms of a Hounsfield Town Court stay-away order of protection when he was at the residence of the protected party, Sarah Abbate, 38, at about 1:25 a.m. Saturday at 818 Superior St., according to court documents.
He was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending video arraignment Saturday morning.
