Watertown man accused of yelling profanities on Union Street, police say

WATERTOWN, NY —  Nicholas C. Hockey, 41, of 114 Franklin St., Apt. 305, Watertown, was cited by Watertown police at 2:18 a.m. Monday, June 22, at 134 Union St. with disorderly conduct.

Mr. Hockey is accused of standing in front of 134 Union St. at about 2:05 a.m. Monday and yelling profanities at Donnie L. Barrigar causing annoyance to several neighbors, according to court documents.

Hockey is summoned to appear Sept. 22 in City Court.
