Watertown man allegedly kicked in door, threw woman to floor during domestic incident

WATERTOWN, NY —  Randall J. Bell III, 28, of 224 N. Pleasant St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 1:43 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 9, at 998 LeRay St. with second-degree criminal trespass, fourth-degree criminal mischief, and second-degree harassment.

Mr. Bell is accused of kicking in a locked door, entered the residence of Brooke Yeoman, 22, grabbed her by the hair and threw her to the ground during a domestic incident at about 1:22 a.m. Wednesday at 998 LeRay St., according to court documents.

He was being held pending arraignment Wednesday morning in City Court.
