WATERTOWN, NY — Cody L. Davis, 24, of 525 Mundy St., left apt., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 5:39 p.m. Tuesday, March 26, at 226 Main Ave. with second-degree unlawful imprisonment.
Mr. Davis is accused of intentionally pulling Cassandra Lieberman, 25, into a vehicle and refused to release her at about 5:17 p.m. Tuesday at 226 Main Ave., police said. “This caused Ms. Lieberman to fear for her life as the vehicle began driving and Ms. Lieberman was restrained against her free will,” according to court documents.
He was being held pending arraignment Wednesday morning in City Court.
