WATERTOWN, NY —Â Brian S. Exford, 52, of 340 Arsenal St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 8:12 p.m. Sunday, July 19, at McDonald’s, 1809 State St., with aggravated driving while intoxicated.
His blood alcohol content was 0.20 percent, police said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Aggravated DWI, which carries harsher penalties upon conviction, is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or greater.
Mr. Exford is summoned to appear Oct. 19 in City Court.
