WATERTOWN, NY —Â Jonathan Cruz, 42, of 110 Creekwood Dr., Apt. 7, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 12:34 a.m. Sunday, May 10, in the 800 block of Superior Street with aggravated driving while intoxicated, unsafe lane change and speeding. His blood alcohol content was 0.18 percent, police said.
A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Aggravate DWI, which carries harsher penalties upon conviction, is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or greater.
He is summoned to appear Aug. 10 in City Court.
