WATERTOWN, NY — Da’Mon J. Scott, 20, of 628 Bronson St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 7:11 a.m. Friday, May 24, in the 600 block of Bronson Street with disorderly conduct.
Police said he was yelling while trying to cause an inconvenience while officers were trying to investigate a motor vehicle accident.
He is summoned to appear June 12 in City Court.
