WATERTOWN, NY — Joseph J. Wilson Jr., 47, of 423 Holcomb St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 6:34 p.m. Tuesday, July 31, at his residence with disorderly conduct.
Police said he yelled loudly which disturbed his neighbors, according to court documents.
