WATERTOWN, NY —Â Mark R. Perrault, 25, 1106 Coffeen St., Apt. A2, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 11:48 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 9, at the intersection of Stone and S. Meadow streets with first-degree operation of a motor vehicle while ability impaired by drugs.
Police, fire and Guilfoyle Ambulance were dispatched at 11:32 p.m. to a report of an unconscious male in a locked vehicle parked at the intersection.
He is summoned to appear Jan. 24 in City Court.
