WATERTOWN, NY —Â Jonathan P. Kelly, 30, of 447 W. Ten Eyck St., Apt. 5, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 11:39 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 5, in the 100 block of Fairmont Avenue with driving while intoxicated and speeding.
His blood alcohol content was 0.12 percent, police said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law.
He is summoned to appear Jan. 21 in City Court.
