WATERTOWN, NY —Â Maurice Q. Gunn, 39, of 207 Wealtha Ave., Apt. 648C, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 6:19 p.m. May 27 in the 200 block of Arsenal Street with driving while intoxicated, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a felony, improper plates, unregistered motor vehicle and no insurance.
Police said he refused to breath a breath sample to determine his blood alcohol content.
He is summoned to appear Aug. 10 in City Court.
