WATERTOWN, NYÂ —Â Nicholas S. Bush, 21, of 523 Clay St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 12:06 a.m. Friday, Aug. 2, in the 300 block of William Street with driving while intoxicated, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a felony, and an exhaust violation.
His blood alcohol content was 0.12 percent, police said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law.
Mr. Bush was released to military custody and summoned to appear Aug. 14 in City Court.
