WATERTOWN, NY — Roberto A. Espinoza, 33, of 1429 Gill St., Apt. 441A, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 2:15 a.m. Monday, May 20, in the 100 block of Court Street with driving while intoxicated, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and driving the wrong way on a one-way street.
His blood alcohol content was 0.16 percent, police said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law.
Mr. Espinoza is summoned to appear June 4 in City Court.
