WATERTOWN, NY —Â Â Kody S. Roberson, 21, of 15675 Eimicke Place, Building 6, Apt. 202, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 2:47 a.m. Saturday in the 100 block of Armstrong Place with driving while intoxicated and driving the wrong way on a one-way street.
His blood alcohol content was 0.16 percent, police said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law.
He is summoned to appear Aug. 28 in City Court.
