WATERTOWN, NYÂ — Mark M. Pastor, 40, of 423 S. Pleasant St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 2:26 a.m. Sunday, May 13, in the 100 block of Winthrop Street with driving while intoxicated and driving the wrong way one-way street. His blood alcohol content was 0.12 percent, police said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Mr. Pastor is summoned to appear June 6 in City Court.
