WATERTOWN, NY — Nigel A. Spahr, 30, of 1005 Harrison St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 2:20 a.m. Saturday, May 11, in the 100 block of Franklin Street with driving while intoxicated and driving the wrong way on a one-way street.
His blood alcohol content was 0.15 percent, police said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law.
Mr. Spahr is summoned to appear May 22 in City Court.
