WATERTOWN, NY — Timothy E. Morrill, 54, of 264 S. Massey St., Apt. A, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 3:54 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 14, at 264 S. Massey Street with petit larceny.
He is accused of stealing a box of donuts valued at $4.99 and a box of cookies valued at $3.99 when he exited Stewart’s Shop, 229 N. Massey St., without attempting to pay at about 12:35 p.m. Sept. 9, according to court documents.
He is summoned to appear Sept. 27 in City Court.
